Typhoon (タイフーン, Taifūn) is the thirty-ninth chapter of the Nisekoi manga series written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi, published weekly in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary[]
Raku and Kosaki are still shocked at the fact that they we'll be alone at Kosaki's home due to the typhoon. Kosaki decides to bring Raku to her room to go and chat and runs up to her room to clean it. After finding a dress to wear, Kosaki sees the picture she has of Raku on her desk and immediately puts it face down just in case Raku sees it.
As Raku enters Kosaki's room, Kosaki leaves to go get them some tea. Raku then notices a picture frame facing down and believes that it's a picture of the guy Kosaki likes. Before he could Raku could see the picture, Kosaki enters the room which makes Raku instantly sit on the floor.
The two sit next to each other, after a long pause of silence, to look through a yearbook from middle school. As the two try to find themselves throughout the yearbook, Kosaki tells him that she knew a girl that liked him in middle school but chooses to keep it a secret from Raku. Raku enjoys his time with Kosaki but when Kosaki checks outside her window, she tells Raku that the rain had stopped.
Despite wanting to stay longer, Raku leaves to go home but exchanges emails with Kosaki before leaving. As Raku looks into his phone, Kosaki texts him to tell him that the girl that liked him in middle school was actually her, but she decides to not tell him and deletes the message.
Raku walks home and sends a text to Kosaki but when he gets a text back from her, she tells him that she had fun too and goof night which disappoints Raku because he wanted to continue talking to her.
