Nisekoi (ニセコイ?, lit. "Fake Love") is a Japanese romantic comedy manga series written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi. The series centers around Raku Ichijō and Chitoge Kirisaki being forced to become fake lovers in order to stop a feud between their families despite hating each other. Over time, various complications occur that seemingly worsens Raku's situation, including Chitoge's over-protective bodyguard, the presence of a female hitman and a girl who claims to be Raku's fiancée. But what troubles Raku most is finding the girl who he made a special promise to ten years ago with the existence of his pendant and multiple keys belonging to several girls, including Chitoge.

Since the airing of the anime, I see much more editors editing the wiki then before, that makes me proud that everybody is helping out this wiki evenly if it is a little bit. There is something that bothers me and that is the lack of getting information. I am trying to create the policy pages as soon as possible, although warning somebody doesn't help too either. What I extremely dislike is when someone is creating a page and leaves the hard work to another by telling them at their talk page. Why did you actually created the article at the first place?

Besides that, to make task easier, I will create also wiki projects which you can focus on certain things at this wiki. A example of it is the manga project, the user focus on to write the plots or create chapter pages and also volume pages. I know, maybe, everyone is getting the most highest expectations of me and others, I have also a lineage of taking care for pages myself. With that said, I hope you all having a nice time editing and gaining experience at this wiki, keep up the great work!

Did you know...
  • ...that Naoshi Komi is also the one who created the popular Double Arts manga that was serialized in Shōnen Jump before Nisekoi. However, due to unknown reasons, the series had been cancelled.
  • ...that Nisekoi is a fuse between two kanji Nise (偽; Literally meaning "False") and Koi (恋; Literally meaning "Love") but has been written in katakana, a Japanese syllabary that is primarily used for transcription of foreign language words into Japanese and the writing of loan words.
  • ...that the chapter titles of the series is mostly written in katakana, based from the title wording of the series.
  • ...that Nisekoi had a collaboration with a series called Ore Monogatari!! (俺物語!!; Literally meaning "My Story"), a romantic comedy, same genre as Nisekoi which is not published in Shōnen Jump.
  • ...that Naoshi Komi's biggest influence is One Piece. Naoshi Komi stated that One Piece was his favorite manga.
